She's Freaky and I Like It

I have this paranoia that my office’s receptionist thinks I am a freak. And if I am right, and she does, I honestly do not blame her.

Here is the reason why: I am that annoying friend that you go out with and right before you are about to succeed with the impossible task of getting a large group of girls out the door, she has to pee. Then once you get out of the cab and finally into the bar, she has to pee. Then after you get a drink and get settled into the booth, she has to pee. I think you get the point. I AM the “gotta go gotta go right now” woman in the commercial.

When I am in the office I tend to drink a lot of coffee just to survive the day. So I pee A LOT. I really don’t mind since it is a fantastic excuse to leave your desk. However, my office requires that you have a key card to get back inside. Either that or the receptionist can buzz you in.

Often, she is a very nice person and buzzes people in so they don’t have to finagle through their pockets or purses to get to their key card. For me, she does it the first few times and then straight up stops. She honestly doesn’t even try to reach for the buzz button. I swear I can tell she’s annoyed/ thinking there DW is again being that freak. I can see it in her eyes.

Well, I have to just accept it because I am attempting this new thing where I try to be healthy and drink lots of water. I feel that maybe I should warn her, but I will most likely just opt for her thinking I’m a freak.
